At TEVQA, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time) We proudly offer Free Global Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
Delivery times depend on your location. Please note that transit times do not include our processing time.
United States: 5 - 12 business days (Shipped via USPS/UPS Ground)
Canada: 7 - 14 business days
International (UK, Australia, Major EU Countries): 10 - 20 business days
3. Shipping Carriers To ensure your package arrives safely and reliably, we partner with major international carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
4. Shipping Restrictions While we strive to ship globally, due to strict international logistics restrictions and compliance regulations, we currently do not ship to the following countries/regions:
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, and the Crimea region.
5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@tevqa.com.
6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
US Domestic Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on state laws.
International Orders: For all international shipments outside the US, the recipient is the importer of record. You (the customer) are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by your destination country. TEVQA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
