Intellectual Property Policy

TEVQA ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

1. Copyright and Trademark Ownership All content included on tevqa.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TEVQA or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

2. Reporting Infringement If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please submit a formal "Notice of Infringement" to our designated Intellectual Property Agent.

To be effective, the notification must be in writing and include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the works;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed;

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the product page);

  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must be in writing and include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
