Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TEVQA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at help@tevqa.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return request is authorized, we will provide you with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered): You (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, TEVQA will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard) within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
