We want you to love your TEVQA pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions.

30-Day Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Please email our customer service team at help@tevqa.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping Fees

• For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• For quality-related issues (e.g., defective or incorrect item), TEVQA will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
