By placing an order and completing a purchase on our website (www.tevqa.com), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by the following billing terms and conditions set forth by TEVQA ("we," "us," or "our").

All prices listed on our website and all transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of your card issuer on the day of the transaction.

5. Payment & Charging

Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time you place your order. By submitting your order, you authorize TEVQA and our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including the price of the product(s), all applicable taxes, and any shipping fees.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • International Duties & VAT: For orders shipped outside the United States, you, the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (e.g., VAT) levied by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us (help@tevqa.com) verifying that your order has been received. This email serves as your receipt. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
