1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? We are happy to offer Free Global Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: * United States: 5 - 12 business days.

    • Canada: 7 - 14 business days.

    • International: 10 - 20 business days. Please note that these are estimates and do not include the initial processing time.

Can I track my package? Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you don’t like the item or it doesn't fit), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, TEVQA will cover all shipping costs.

Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.

Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help@tevqa.com as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the processing stage (1-3 days), we may not be able to make changes.


4. SIZING & PRODUCTS

How do I know which size to choose? Since we specialize in women’s apparel, we provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
