ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to process my order?

We know you can't wait to get your new look! All orders are processed and shipped from our global fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

  • Shipping to USA: We are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders. No minimums required. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.
  • International: We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Shipping is also FREE site-wide! Estimated delivery is 8-20 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

We proudly ship to our stylish community in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of the EU. Due to logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, or the Crimea region.

4. Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Possibly. Depending on your country's customs regulations, orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or 17TRACK).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your TEVQA pieces! We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. How do I start a return?

It's simple. Just email our team at help@tevqa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please let us know immediately, and we will make it right.

4. What items are non-returnable?

Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return or refund.

5. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
