ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from our Atlanta warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

  • Domestic (USA): We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders $59.99 USD or more. For orders under $59.99, a flat rate of $12.99 applies. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.
  • International: We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of the EU. Due to logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, or the Crimea region.

4. Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Yes. All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your TEVQA pieces! We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. How do I start a return?

Easy! Just email our team at help@tevqa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please let us know immediately, and we will cover the return shipping.

4. What items are non-returnable?

Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return or refund.

5. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Atlanta warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

TEVQA is a curated destination for high-quality, fashionable women's accessories. Our collection includes a wide range of hair accessories, such as hair combs , headbands , hair clips , hair circles , hair ties , hairpins , and other beautiful jewelry pieces.

4. How do I care for my accessories?

To keep your pieces sparkling, we recommend storing them in a dry place (like a jewelry box) and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean.
